How to play
From a skinny start, you work your way up to getting stronger. It is important to work out a lot of different parts of your body, like your arms, thighs, and legs. Doing squats, pull-ups, and lifting weights are all good ways to build strength in these areas. At the top of the screen, there are two bars: one for strength and one for endurance. Work on your energy bar and try to make your strength bar better.
